I would give them no stars if that was an option. Since Dr. Reading has left, the service is abominable and cruel. They do not seem to know who I am or what medications I am on. After 19 years as a client, I am forced to find a new practice because I can no longer handle the mistreatment. Please, do not go here. Dr. Reading is now practicing at LifeStance Health in Sugar Land! I saw him today!! Go see him there!
Update: apparently it's still OK for them to see patients that require medication refills even if their nurse practitioners and doctors have expired medication license in the state of Texas. (Where services are given) It's also ok for them to charge for "specialist services" when no specialty was given. This business is a scam. Dr. Letarsha is a great doctor, but it seems like the front office and nurse practitioners/doctors/workers with expired medication licenses run the show and charge whatever they feel like charging wit... read more
