My first impression was they assigned me a well vetted therapist for my needs and I couldn’t be more happier to have Rebecca on my team to recovery. She gave me such positive towards my recovery. Thank you for have someone in my piers group!!
The worst experience ever! The office is not neurodivergent friendly. They have a noise cancelling system throughout that is so loud that I couldn't hear the nurse. Also fluorescent over head lights throughout the office. It spiked my blood pressure. Then I was told that they couldn't prescribe medication. They suggested that I return in the early morning to retake the blood pressure reading. The thing is, the noise and lights would just spike it again. This office should not be taking patients with sensory sensitivities.
This was my first visit with Lori. My previous provider, whom I was seeing, moved out of state leaving his practice. I could no longer see him and he referred me to Lori. I am so happy he did. We did all the formalities of check-in. When we started talking about me, my past experiences and current events, I felt so heard. She listened intently, she genuinely seemed sincere in her words and our conversation and she actually listened.
