Very poor communication. I will not be a returning customer. I believe the workmanship was okay but it is not acceptable to have such poor communication.
Geo Pros took a large deposit from me to install two new geothermal units in January 2024 and I have not heard from them since. Complete theft. Do not use them!
My upstairs unit frequently leaked condensate into out house. I payed for a new air handler unit in Feb 2023. Six mos later I still do not have the unit. I requested a refund and have not received a refund.
