I called Geo-Hydro Supply to clear up some confusion I had over some mistakes my plumber made installing their hardware in my closed loop horizontal geothermal water to water heating system. They were extremely helpful, talking the problems over with me at length until I fully understood the issues. They very quickly sent me the part I needed to repair the problem, I was able to install it myself, and now the heating is working better than ever. Thanks so much Greg and the team at Geo-Hydro, you're a credit to your industry!
Excellent (quick) service. A very quick shipping quote (at a very reasonable Fedex price, I live in Alberta, no extra brokerage charges either). Very quick shipping (to Canada). And an AMAZING, FANTASTIC PRICE for the product (Fernox F4 boiler seal). So good that I bought 10 bottles. Double boxed shipping with bubble wrap, my order arrived in perfect condition.
