While I have been buying their oils for the past 3 years and absolutely love the oils, I can no longer purchase from them. Their customer service deserves an F rating. You are unable to reach anyone by phone, email or FB messenger. I placed an order April 22, 2019 and still have no shipping information. I introduced many people to their essential oils, but I can no longer in good faith recommend a company with horrible customer service and slow to non existent shipping practices. Horrible experience placed order on January 18 2019 here it is February 3. 2019 still no order!!! Don’t buy from this company ever!!! I have contacted the several times but keep getting the run around!!!
