Austin and Team were prompt and professional. They showed up on time which is rare in Richmond. The team that did the radon mitigation was well organized, knowledgeable and explained to me the work they were doing. Finally they cleaned up the site impeccably. This is a great company that follows through and provides a great service to their customers. I would highly recommend.

Still fighting them for over a year to come back and do the job right. They taped the plastic down with duck tape which just doesn't stick. They used some caulk to caulk the plastic to the walls that is just peeling off. Doesn't stick at all. The fan is supposed to be on its own circuit but it's not. The breaker trips when any more load is put on the line. They sealed the crawlspace vents, and can't give a straight answer as to why. They are impossible to get a hold of. Horrible Experience with Geoenvironmental Services in Mechanicsville - Avoid at All Costs!” I called Geoenvironmental Services six weeks ago to schedule a shrink soil test. They never mentioned anything about needing to mark the area or being present, so I specifically asked if I needed to be there. The guy said NO.
