I had a plugged up bathtub and was also going to have them replace my faucet and knob to turn the water on. They told me it would have to be 2 different appointments and I was fine with that. They were supposed to come out on 7/30. The guy that came out to unplug my tub, I think his name was Mark though I can't remember, was extremely pleasant though the charge was $295.00 to unclog my tub drain. We had 4 bids from other large plumbers and they were over double the price for a 75 gallon water heater. In addition they cared more about trying to get us on monthly payments than really telling us what the real price was. I would never recommend that anyone call them. They only care about getting you on monthly payments vs. really helping you
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! On around July of 2018 I bought a Townhome that needed updating. I joined Genz-Ryans 19.95 a month Elite Service Plan thinking I would save money for work needed done. I was not at home when they came out to do the work, my wife was home. They installed 2 toilets (supplied by me). Installed 2 bathroom faucets( supplied by me). Put new float assembly in the 3rd toilet. Tightened a drain pipe in my laundry room sink. Installed a new Garage faucet. Total Bill $2400. Only items they supplied was rebuild k... read more
