Dont ever go to this woman. Shes loud, rude, unprofessional. She will rip you off if you are not paying close enough attention. Always get second & third opinions outside of Geny Chans recommendations. She will lie & mislead you to believe things that arent true to get money out of ********** insurance. She lied & said a cavity came back in less than six mo after an associate she had covering for her filled in my tooth. I had no issues after her associate did the filling. I was with Dr. **** **** for 2 years and I go in every 3 months for cleanings. Recently, she diagnosed me with 3+ cavities, which I did not believe because I have been brushing my teeth and occasionally flossing. She also insisted on removing my wisdom teeth, which there were no reported issues before. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion. They reviewed my x rays with me and informed me that I have no cavities. I went from 3+ cavities to no cavities. I do not recommend this dentist.

First of all the caries was not diagnosed out of the blue, it's been on the treatment plan since April 2024 that's why the patient got upset claimed she didn't know the dental language. In regards to the wisdom teeth, I recommend to patient to ask the orthodontist what's their plan before finishing the treatment. I didn't insist!
Geny **** put a numbing agent on my gums prior to a deep cleaning. The substance went down my throat and cut off my air. I could not breath and I started gasping for air. I turned pale and the tops of my hands begun to go numb. My blood pressure went sky high and I thought I was going to die. **** laughed it off and after this horrible experience still charged me $ 170.00 for cleaning half of my mouth. chan dds is loud and rude to patients and staff. she did not listen to me when i told her the temporary crowns were instantly pushing my upper and lower teeth forward. she refused to fix the issue which caused my dental alignment to be off to the point that i could not chew and had to eat only liquids. i had to pay for many dental procedures including orthodontic services to help restore proper alignment and reduce dental pain. restoration of alignment is ongoing and will be for a few years. i complained to every entity abou... read more
