Dr. Augustine is amazing. I know she has taken on a lot of new patients since previous doctors have left Banner. She has an excellent bed side manner and a great sense of humor. Besides myself, she sees both of my senior parents. She provides them the best care and is very patient with them. I have seen many providers over the years due to my health issues. She is far best the most empathetic and thorough Dr I have been to. I appreciate the care she provides. 5 stars for sure.

Made an appt for a first time visit with this doctor I believe for November. I got a call prior that she wouldn’t be in and rescheduled for the only available appt which was for Jan 2024. Just got another call today that she again, won’t be in that day. Something is odd about a doctor that knows she won’t be in 2 - 3 months prior and reschedules her patients twice. I guess I have to look for another PC doctor.
Dr. Augustine is absolutely wonderful and has made such a positive impact on my health and wellness! I'm so happy I found such a great physician!
Super hard to find good a good doctor these days. When I first went to see Dr. Augustine, I was skeptical because the first Dr. I chose at Banner made me feel like everything was my fault. But from the first appt on, Dr. Augustine has been genuine. She made me feel like she truly cares about my health and well being.
