Customer service is horrible. They are so positive on selling a system but when you need help, forget. The man on multiple times has be rude to my wife. Is it a power trip, would he be that way ro a man? Does this attitude come from the owner down? Or is it just poor customer service? I try to support local businesses but this one has gone too far. After writing this, I started to look at other comments and it looks like this attitude flows through the company. Genereux should take a closer look at this operation.

GenX never showed up for the appointment they set. They never contacted me to tell me they were running late or any ETA. 3 hours of my self-employed workday wasted. 'Going to contact Generac for a different maintenance provider instead.
Used there guys to repair a defective generator from the manufacturer. This was a warranty repair as the unit was defective out of the box. When I inquired why I received a bill for the warranty service, they ignored my communications, and then sent me a late payment notice with finance charges. Look elsewhere for professional, responsive and ethical service.
