Ridiculously inefficient company. It is apparent, no one within the company is permitted to speak with a customer without a script. The script is designed to halt the conversation and then the company will mail you a letter. A question asked today, will receive a response via a letter in 2, 3 and in some instances up to 4 weeks from today (note: the response will not be an answer and you will begin the ludicrous cycle again).
My mom has left multiple phone messages and never has received a phone call back. Terrible customer service!
