Hypocrites. They’ll call you to do an interview and say they don’t want kids crying or dogs barking in the background while working for them remotely. Meanwhile you hear a kid in their background while they’re hosting the interview. Genworth: When you work from home things like that happen (just like it did with one of your kids).
Horrible experience dealing with this company on behalf of my parents, my advice save enough money so you don't have to deal with a company such as Genworth. Not user friendly for claims, they like to collect premiums but that's about it.
Wonderful people
Horrible customer service from outsourced India call center. My family has had countless calls to Genworth attempting to conclude life insurance claim. The overseas customer disservice call center is ghastly. Agents simply read scripts, don’t understand English well enough to grasp the problem or resolve anything, and give made up answers to avoid letting you speak to level 2. We still have not rcvd life insurance proceeds, not sure we ever will. DO NOT TRUST GENWORTH FOR LIFE INSURANCE!
