Karah is an absolute Godsend. After I had my daughter, the postpartum depression and anxiety hit so hard, that I didn't know what to do. A friend recommended Karah, and I am so beyond thankful she did. Karah was so positive, warm and welcoming. She helped me with coping skills and techniques, and helped frame things to make me realize I wasn't broken or crazy. I can honestly say those were some of the hardest months of my life, and I cannot thank her enough for helping me through it!
