Like others have said. She is a complete scam artist with no moral code whatsoever and will charge you no matter what and keep your deposit. We left our place spotless and she managed to charge us for all kinds of stuff even for leaving curtains that came with the place. I hope karma takes care of her and someone sues her out of business. So if you rent from her be prepared for your rent to be raised annually and to be charged ridiculous prices when you move out. Way over qualified to rent from her! And got turned down because I had covid and was 5 days late on rent in 5 years on my current rental! Love the reviews.

My experience with Genuine Property Management, specifically Lori was extremely positive. Having moved from out of state to the area I was having a difficult time finding a rental. I found many of the rental agencies either didn’t return my phone call or just basically treated me like a number. I was hesitant to contact Genuine because of some of the older reviews.
