Dan and his team did an excellent job with the family of raccoons living in our chimney. We had a challenging situation that required four or five visits to safely collect the animals but everything worked out great. I will say, the flat rate was a bit of a turnoff since the first two visits were not invasive. Unfortunately, they didn't work, so by the end of it all I definitely felt like I had gotten my money's worth.
