I loved my items!! I got a silky dress and shirt and they are so beautiful. The shirt is handmade and unique and the dress is just gorgeous. Bianca was amazing she helped me find my perfect size!
This is by far the best customer service experience I have had in my life. Shout out to Bianca, who was a dream and went above and beyond to make sure I have my coat before my trip to England. I spoke with her on the phone and she recommended the right size for me and was very knowledgable on which coat would fit me better. She then followed up with me and called me to let me know the coat would not arrive in time for my trip and despite not having a retail location, she offered to let me try the coats at their office in San... read more
