OVERALL RATING 10/10 I saw Genuine Motors had a Toyota Camry for sale. They are almost 3 hours away from me, but I read the great reviews about their cars and staff. So today, (November 29, 2024) I drove to Schaumburg and met Asghar. He was super nice and very helpful. Also, the Camry was exactly as described. I purchased the car today and drove the 3 hours home. I am so happy I went with Genuine Motors. The service I received today was definitely worth the drive. Thank you so much!
Rafiq at Genuine Motors was awesome! Very knowledgeable and made the car-buying process a breeze. Overall, it felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a car salesman. Buyers beware, photos were Photoshopped to remove rust, dents, and clear coat fade. Stopped to look at a vehicle and drove past multiple times as i was unsure it was the same vehicle i saw online. Parked and saw the vehicle looked completely different from the photos online and left within 10 seconds. If they are willing to put the effort in to Photoshop photos what else is wrong with the vehicles.
