Recently applied here for a team Member job and unfortunately was not selected. I am more than qualified to work here and was not sleeted simply because I’m not Hispanic. It’s really not right how these companies in the surrounding areas get to do this. It’s racist, discrimination and prejudice. This is America not cuba. Everyone needs to speak English and everyone should be given a fair opportunity for employment regardless of what language they speak. Speaking Spanish is not a legal requirement for employment.
