Tells you what you NEED to hear, not what you want to hear. Does an excellent job with helping understand the body systems, & if not for currently learning the new electronic medical records, you would think this place is cutting edge. Small office and rarely a wait. Office flow is nice. He doesn't over book & makes 15 minute appointments. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their prices were very fair. I came to this office several years back after my old chiropractor started a clicker technique & abandoned adjusting by hand. I tried Dr Kalkan because I like to support my hometown businesses and he is located right in Downtown Clawson. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting him. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Darren went above and beyond what he told me he could do for me. I never expected him to be able to help me as much as he did. Dr. Kalkan has a very relaxed office witout that high pressure feeling you get from some of the others in the area. I began going about a year ago and wouldn't think of going any place else. In the past I had a (minor) herniated disk and now am able to function fully. To anyone who has gone through this, you know what I am talking about. It is a feeling that leaves you feeling helpless.
