Never made it to the shop. Cause she couldn't be bothered to reply back to a simple inquiry. It's not always about the finished product but how you respond or not respond to a potential client as well that speaks volumes. Ending up finding another braiding salon. Who was more than happy to answer any questions I had. On first call.
