Very Disappointed VERY UNPLEASANT experience with Mr Gentry. I picked up a riding mower that had a cranckcase FULL of oil when dropped off for repair. Brought it without oil and started it..... damage is done.. A 16hp b&s vanguard is now knocking. Brought it to his attention and he immediately took an aggressive negative tone. The tech that worked on it was not there and I never dealt with Paul prior regarding this mower. I mentioned Kenneth the tech and he simply replied "he's not here". Honest and Dependable I have had various pieces of equipment worked on by Paul Gentry in the past, a few being lawn mower, chain saw and trimmers. I have always found him to be a very honest man. His work is accurate and completed in a very timely manner. Not only did he meet my expectations but went way beyond, and I would recommend his business to all of my friends and acquaintances.
