I just moved in (less than a month ago) and the outdoors area are great with couple of lakes and nice views, Bailey is great and the apartments are ok for the price .
PROS: Mostly clean location, great for people with pets, pretty good location that's pretty crime-free (I heard someone got their unlocked car broken into, but not sure much else about that), & our apartment unit was pretty good overall. We had the mid-tier unit. We didn't have the high-end unit with the marble countertops, or the lower one with the outdated kitchen either. Ours had good natural lighting, & a pond view. Ive lived here for about 8 months now, in a 1 bed 1 bath laurel layout apartment. Pros: The apartment itself that I live in is nice and has granite countertops (extra charge in rent for these though) and is located close to the club house for easy access to the fitness room and pool. There is a bus stop for the pink and gold MTD routes across the street. (Sometimes the bus doesnt stop though) The pool is nice in the summer and they just got a new filter and pump system for it. I am living here for more than 4 months now in a newly remodeled apartment. I came here looking at the reviews of this place on google reviews. After living here though, I have a completely different review. Firstly, when I came here the place was froth with minor to major problems (window's not closing, door's not closing, dryer unit's off switch not working, exhaust fans broken)...
