Most of the time everything is fine, but I don’t know why recently there has been someone playing very loud music in their room every day, which is really affecting my rest.
The maintenance worker did not come on the day they were scheduled. I had to send in another service request to reschedule the service since they just didn't show up. When they finally did come several days later, they were unable to fix the problem. I had to call again to find out when they would send someone else who could fix the leaking bathroom faucet.
It’s a nice apartment with lakes and nature, and I don’t have any major complaints. I’m not in need of a rent discount, deposit refund, or lease cancellation, especially since this isn’t a high-end luxury apartment in a big city. However, I’ve noticed that some backyards have junk furniture. I’m also not happy with Alana’s customer service—she seems inflexible and unkind, and I’m not sure she has the experience to manage the complex effectively. Definitely one of my favorite places! The tree in front of my balcony was great in Autumn, very colorful for a postcard, hope to come back next year Thank you.
