Symon did a great job on maintenance!
Quiet community, pool was generally dirty or it was closed for maintenance issues. Our apartment had a lot of issues when we first moved in. During the summer the upstairs was hot, during the winter it was cold. The dryer was terrible, took several cycles to dry the clothes. Freezer would semi thaw or items then refreeze causing issues with our food.
