Doesn't return calls
Edited post service in 9/2017: John Howard finally contacted me after our contractor that originally hired them back in 2012 contacted him on my behalf. He came out, reviewed the issue, ascertained that the leak was likely due to flashing issues around vent pipes, and said he would send out his best worker to fix the problem the following week. After one additional follow up call (the following week turned into a week and a half), the roofer came out and fixed the problem. (We hope.) I'm still not impressed with how long it ... read more
