My experience with Liz was not a good one. About 10 months ago we put an offer on the Gruenfelder's home. We went back and forth with counter offers , none of which were accepted. Liz reached out to our agent mid January asking if we were still interested in the house at our final offer. We agreed and signed all the documents on 1/27. After a week without hearing back, my agent reached out to Liz only to hear that she had 2 more showings after receiving our signed paperwork(questionable).
