Excellent replacement of hot water tank. Tank was in a tight space and many others did not want to take on. Friendly and courteous. Highly recommend for plumbing needs.
Had a sporadic odor smell that we had been dealing with for some time. Nick was able to trace the issue using his camera system and smoke bomb test to find what was an improperly configured vent. He corrected the issue right away. He has made several follow up phone calls to make sure the issue has not returned. Great customer service and very reasonable rates. Highly recommended.
I thought we had a spigot leak after being told we had moisture under our house. I called Gentry Plumbing who then sent Adam out to check for any leaks and replace the spigot if needed. First of all, Adam called me to let me know he was about 15 mins away from my house. After going under the house, he called to let me know he hadn’t found a leak in the spigot and even took a video to show how the dirt in the crawl space wasn’t soaked.
