I can't say enough about Trey Hall and his incredible staff at Gentry Morrison. From making advanced arrangements a year prior, to the final intimate pieces that only occurred once my father passed they were always compassionate, kind, and attentitive. Their ability to gently guide us through the final closure of life is the reason I would more than highly recommend Gentry Morrison.
Gentry Morrison is the worst place I have ever dealt with. They said that they would not be doing a service for my father because the papers took too long to receive. I believe 1 week to get paperwork submitted is not too long at all in this case. Please be aware, Lew, the owner does not care about the family at all. His son Trey however has been amazing. Lew is the worst person I have dealt with in this situation.

I lost my husband a week ago. I was matched up with Gentry Morrison because they were on call that day. Everyone there has been so patient and answered my questions. Even Dawn went above and beyond to call me every step of the way. Thank you very much for taking good care of Jim and me during this time.
