Gentry provides professional service The technicians and sales people are knowledgeable and professional. They did an install too last year after I had a criminally bad HVAC install where installer lost NC license and google reviews on the guy were showing good. Check with local county inspectors always and BBB. Gentry treated me right in bad situation.

We had to leave town to---GASP--- go to work out-of-town. WE mistakenly trusted your trained and licensed but lousy advice. In June, we hired and PAID them to put in two ductless HVAC AND a new furnace/HVAC. The experts came out. While here, my husband noticed and commented that the furnace/HVAC was dripping. He pointed it out to the experts. They said, "No problem. Don't worry." After two months, they came and installed the ductless system. They did a great job on those. The furnace/ HVAC?
