Super easy to schedule my replacement windshield with Don Gentry. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly and did a high quality installation. I'm very pleased with this company and especially with the price I paid.
Kept moving appointment. When I finally pushed back and said I didn’t want to keep moving my schedule around he told me “he had a schedule too.” (Yeah, a schedule I was on and you kept moving). It was obvious I was more of an inconvenience. I wish he just wouldn’t have taken the job and jacked me around. Didn’t want to argue so I didn’t respond. Called another local guy who is doing it tomorrow. It was unfortunate and I don’t like to post negative reviews but a chip is timely so I think it is important to share.
Mr. Gentry is courteous, professional, punctual, and most of all honest! This man came out, fixed a bullseye to near perfection!! The competition said it couldn’t be done. Mr. Gentry did it! His prices are very fair.
Don got me in very quick. He was on time, quick and did quality work. Pleasure doing business with.
