Tim and his crew were great to work with Tim and Gary kept me informed thru out the project, explained what they were doing and why. They were reasonably priced and professional. Would highly recommend Gentry Family Construction
Worst customer service !!
Based on the great reviews we saw in both Google and Angi’s List we called Gentry to bid on gentle moss removal and treatment of our steep roof. Their price was reasonable for the work and the danger given the roof pitch. We were extremely pleased with their work quality, communication and timeliness. Gary came out to give us a bid and Tim and a team of 3 more showed up exactly when they said they would arrive. This isn’t the first time I’ve had the Gentry’s work on our house, so I was prepared to hear from the neighbors about how fast they work and how great they do. I know it’s true, I wouldn’t have anyone else work on my house. But, it’s fun getting to tell the neighbors about Tim and his family and crew. You won’t meet a nicer, more honest, and talented guy than Tim. It hasn’t been a week and I’ve already heard from 2 neighbors admiring their work. Check out the photos!
Tim and crew just finished our shop roof. They were fast, respectful, and did quality work. Everytime I looked out there, everyone was busy getting things done! They have a well run family business and even the teenage nephews had a very impressive work ethic. They were fair and honest. I will definitely be calling for future projects and recommending them to all my friends and family!
