I have a relative who used to work at Gentry and told me how unfair their practices are. They would constantly send him & other employees to other job sites that are 30-45 mins away from the initial job site that they were instructed to work out. Gas and time is not compensated. They also will require overtime if they’re behind on a project and will not pay employees overtime.
