Technician brought the wrong air filter (again) for our furnace. Asked to address several issues with my Honeywell thermostat, didn’t address any of them. Left abruptly without reviewing services provided. You all do realize that there are other HVAC companies out there, right?
Gentry Air technician was on time, courteous, and efficient. He conducted my gas package unit winter service. Had the company install it three years ago. Thanks.
Junior is a true professional. He is very communicative and he explains well what he is doing, the work he has performed and status associated with the working parts of the unit. Michael did a great job and was very responsive with coming out, assessing the issue and providing the recommendations! Gentry and Michael out here the very next day fixing the issue and proactively providing safeguards against future issues. Greatly appreciate it!
