This was not a good experience. I was left with such a mess. I feel like my home was disrespected as well as myself. Work was done the last week of December. I have expressed my concerns three weeks ago and have not had a response. I should not have to chase them down to make this right. I spent $16,000 and was left with four holes in my walls. Junior Ojeda was friendly and explained the process of what he was inspecting with regard to the spring service. Very satisfied.
Technician’s were on time, professional and did an amazing job. Pricing was reasonable, can’t wait to see how the system does.
I had a great experience. Marc was thorough and a pleasant serviceman!
