RecommendedWe went in and seen a washer that looked dirty and a little rusty. Max the guy that runs the place, went above and beyond . We told him we would take it as is and he sent us home with a clean washer and painted the very few rust spots. With a 30 day warranty. When we go to get another appliance, we will be going back to him. We highly reccomend him, he had excellent customer service.
If your in the market for any used applicances, Gently Used Appliance 2 in Lagrange, GA is definitely gonna be your place to go. My wife and I looked at the only other stores here and GUA2 had by far the most reasonable prices and courteous service we experienced. Mr.Max was very straightforward and knew what he was talking about as far as parts and service goes and he made us a very reasonable deal on our refrigerator, washer, and dryer! Go check out Gently Used and see first hand I give them 4 stars in my opinion!
Bought appliances from this location and Max is totally awesome and I would recommend anyone to do business from him. Had a slight issue with appliance and it was resolved. I recommend this location due to the honesty, integrity, and assistance that was received . I would definitely do future business with this location solely due to Max. This place is great. I went in to buy a dryer, thinking mine was broken. Max, the man who runs the store was very honest with me and told me that he thought mine could be repaired. He made our dryer as good as new! So friendly and knowledgeable. This place is great!
This place isn’t even worth a star. Won’t buy a thing from them. Don’t waste your time. Cause they don’t care about you. Once you get something from them they forget about you. I've been waiting on my refrigerator to be serviced by them for about a week now still no one has showed up.
This place is awesome they have low prices but quality appliances and great service! I would recommend buying from them!
