Been trying to make an appointment staff is very rude. Go through all the prompts on the automated line just to get hung up on by staff. Bad for business

I used to take my Dad to GC in New Hartford. I got in a jam and needed a haircut. I chose the Fitness Mill location because I could make an appointment. I was impressed. The place is neat and clean. The folks there were very pleasant. My barber Ashley was very professional and exactly on time. I got a great cut, exactly what I was looking for. Was excited to go here. Scheduled my appointment 2 days in advance, and it was confirmed. Received the reminder yesterday, then today it was cancelled. No note or any other communication. Super frustrating experience, especially when it was booked in advance.
