Some of the worst customer service in my 20 years of shopping on line. To be clear product was great, fit well, did not look cheap but they make returns HARD (the return page of website was having issues bc now I can see a copy and paste) . I could only find return policy telling me to contact customer service. I did, left a message and did not hear back. I gave them my exact measurements for a custom order white suit. I get it and I’m swimming in the thing. I contact customer service told them the issue asked if they could alter it since someone had to have messed up. They told me no and said they measured it exactly to my measurements and then attached a screen shot of tailors in my area and pretty much told me it’s my problem now. The quality of the suit I received from Gentleman's Guru was amazing. I ordered an antique floral custom fitted 3-piece suit, and it arrived promptly within the estimated time. It was well stitched, with premium linings and reinforcements with high-quality fabric that matched the pattern that was on their website. The only surprise was how well it was made! This company is horrible! It’s obvious people are purchasing for a Special event and the company lacks Professionalism and Customer Service. Their clothes look nice. But they send you clothes with pen markings on it. “The Seamstress uses” so they say. And then have the nerve to tell you to get it steamed out! And give you all the excuses possible!
