Due to considerable pain, I scheduled an appointment for a filling and deep cleaning. Regrettably, Dr. Teresa exhibited unprofessional behavior, stating that she couldn't see me due to a consult. I was forced to verify this information with the receptionist, where it was clearly indicated. Dr. Teresa's actions were dishonest and made me feel unwelcome. Im taking a moment, to say this is the worst place to go. One thing I experience was racist to me , this company should be closed. I suggest not going to this company.

I had some terrible experiences in the past and I was absolutely scared out of my mind before finding Dr. Manalad and Daphne. They are very kind and made me feel at ease even before starting. There was no pain, no rushing and just calming energy throughout my experience. I am a patient for life.

I didn't get a chance to experience the service at the dental office. However, what I will say is that it should be known ahead of time that you need to bring your "physical picture ID" because the doctor will absolutely not see you without it and be very rude to you as well. I have Mobile ID on my phone which is verified by the Department of Motor Vehicles. I have used this virtual ID at other places including to make a hospital visit recently. My teeth are a mess, Dr Manalad, did such an amazing job. I wish we would have done a before and after photo. I don't know how she did it. But my teeth look amazing...she is a miracle worker. Thank you so much for giving me back my smile back.
