Terrible. Also, they have deleted my previous review, which tells me a lot. The staff is great, but Dr. Orr is rude, condescending, and will cop an attitude like a teenager rolling her eyes. I have lived here all my life, and have never encountered such behavior by a "professional". EDIT: In response to their response: *DUE With all due disrespect, I was a patient, until you fired me as a patient, without cause. I am receiving much better, competent care elsewhere. Have the day you deserve!
I am now on my 3rd crown. Dr Orr and her staff are so kind and compassionate.. Love this office..
I couldn’t recommend more, if I could give 10 stars, I would. I wasn’t a patient here, but, I walked in with a tooth in pain. The doctor and her staff worked me into the schedule and went above and beyond to help me. Gentle Breeze definitely has a new patient now. Thank You!!
New to the area and needed a new dentist. I chose Gentle Breeze after a lot of research and loved that it was locally owned and not a chain. I waited four months for my initial appointment since I had no immediate needs just routine teeth cleaning and annual exam. The office team was very professional and friendly when making appointments, working with my insurance and provided appropriate reminders. Dr. Orr does very good work. Unfortunately, if you dare ask for a 2nd opinion as my 21 year old daughter did (at my suggestion) about having a tooth extracted and getting an implant at such a young age, Dr. Orr reacts as if you are disrespecting her personally. People get 2nd opinions from doctors all of the time. We had an endodontist look a her tooth, and he said he could save it by doing a root canal, which would also save us money.
