Thank you to Bill and his group for the care and attention to detail they brought to moving our 91 year old mother. She insisted on moving her roll top desk, and every little thing was put back in its exact cubbyhole. This move was a 2 stage process, so I had the opportunity to watch the magic Bill brings to his business. He takes the time to connect with everyone and make sure all is going well. Please do your own in depth investigation on these people. They moved me 5 months ago. I moved to a small apartment, so they had little to do. I had several expensive antiques. They damaged 4 pieces. They would not stand by their work. I sent a certified letter and pictures of the damaged pieces. They never contacted me back. I wouldn't want this to happen to you or your loved ones. There are a lot of moving companies that would most likely do a better job.
Seeing clients' transformation from anxious and overwhelmed to relieved and smiling is so rewarding when we finish the task on unpacking day... especially when they see their bed made, their pictures hung, electronics reconnected, clocks set, and collectibles back in the china cabinet just the way they were before they moved. When they see the results, and realize they are done with the decisions and transition, they are so pleased and can't imagine making the move any other way! Love to see them at the end of unpacking day!
Gentle Transitions moved my aunt 2 weeks ago. I cannot find words to express how pleased we were with this company.
