I've been getting my cars serviced at Gentle Touch for over 10yrs. Today I went to have a 2018 Toyota Camry inspected. There 2 cars ahead of me. I waited in line over 1 1/2 hrs. The 2 cars before me both failed inspection. My car has factory window tint and has passed inspection 2 other times. After 2 1/2 hrs my car failed. Gentle Touch off Knickerbocker Rd has a worker that calls oil field workers trash and they let others go in front of oil field because we have dirtier vehicles and they said they would rather piss off 1 than piss off 10! Apparently their money is better than ours!
