I loved my appointment at Gentle Touch Family Dentistry! The paperwork was quick and simple. The office was calm and welcoming. The hygienist was so nice and patient 😊 When Dr. Palmer talked with me I actually understood what he was talking about and they have a huge tv screen in the room so they can show you all your pictures and x-rays. went in for a rootcanal, and made payment arrangements with them, i didnt have dental insurance at time. so first he racked up the bill,but doing unnessary things.and end up notdoing my root canal properly end up loosing my whole tooth. the front end desk lady was very very rude about me making payments every week. so i refused to finish payment until he would return my phone call to set up a time to fix my tooth properly. he never did just sent me to collections now i have a bill thats over 2,000 and no tooth. would not rec... read more
