I just walked past this business and the salesmen asked if we wanted a sample and my elderly mother responded no thank you and then she continued her conversation with us and the gentleman said excuse me, what are you saying? She was not talking to them. My daughter stepped back and asked them to be nice and they told her she looked like a freak. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
