I I have been coming to this dental firm for over 20-years. They've been sold at least three times that I have known, and each time the service has continued to decline to the point where you go in to get your teeth cleaned and your pressured into purchasing items you don't need. Today was the last straw. Earlier today--the hygienist recommended a certain very expensive treatment, the dentist said it was not medically necessary, yet the front desk refused to schedule another cleaning unless I agreed to those procedure(s).
