I've been a patient, as has my daughter, for three years, and I'm truly grateful for the excellent care and dedication of the doctor and his entire team. I usually go to the office in Pembroke Pines, but I had to come here for the first time due to scheduling. I didn’t feel welcomed when I walked in, I wasn’t even greeted. Compared to the other location, I felt very out of place. Also, at the Pembroke Pines location I was told that I didn’t have to pay for what I was getting on this particular day, but when I came here I was surprised by the sudden charge they told me of. I was uncomfortable and hope to never have to go to this office again.
This Cooper City office is honestly amazing. The whole team is great, but Maggy at the front desk deserves a huge shout-out. She’s so welcoming, patient, and on top of everything, she makes every visit feel easy. She is AMAZING. She’s the kind of person who remembers your child’s name, their little quirks, what they’re nervous about, and what makes them smile.
