This Gental dental outlet is like a car dealership, being the service department is 1 animal, the billing/finance/sales department is another. The hygenists (service dept.) do fantastic work. The billing here and management make things difficult to except your dental insurance plan and tend to pawn you off to do the groundwork to get the billing squared away between both partys, Thats THEIR job, You present the insurance card.
