As a first time parent this was a horrible experience. For starters they were very behind, I will give them credit for calling us before hand to let us know they were running late. The waiting room is insanely small for the amount of patients they take, people were sitting in the hall or downstairs. Our appointment was at 330 and we didn't get in until closer to 5. Rad as hell experience! They were caring in the procedure, made sure to discuss each step with me as they went. Consent was respected at all times. Was there a bit of pain? Sure, but it was so manageable and quick, that I'd do this again if i had to, but thankfully with the type of procedure, it's probably 99.999999999% permanent and I will get to live the rest of my life without the concern of accidental pregnancies.

Switched multiple times appointment! Even right before 5pm appointment next text and switched again. Super disappointed in service and front counter was unable to tell what all was needed for the appointment! Never go back again

We recently brought our newborn son to this clinic for a circumcision. While the doctor performing the procedure was excellent — and had he not been, we would have left — the overall clinic experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM, but we weren’t seen until 4:30 PM. In that hour, we waited in a small area just outside the procedure room, where we listened to a baby cry for over 30 minutes during their circumcision.
