Five stars, 10/10 on all counts: affordable, convenient, very clean, professional, high-quality clinic. Perfect bedside manner: friendly, personable, professional, clear and quality communication, & ensured comfort at every step. Friendly staff, short wait time. For the procedure itself I decided to not take any Valium or Tylenol, and Dr. McAuliff was so good I felt almost nothing. I have only the highest praise for Dr. McAuliff and his team. My vasectomy appointment was probably the easiest procedure I have ever had and far exceeded my expectations. Dr McAuliff answered all my questions and was very good at explaining everything involving the procedure and recovery in a way that was not overwhelming. The procedure itself was extremely quick and painless and recovery has been much less painful/uncomfortable than I had expected. Dr. TIM was the best doctor to have gone to for a vasectomy procedure, he plays music to calm you down talk to you every step through the process was no longer then 15 min , it’s doesn’t hurt as much as I thought it would hurt , I was nervous but once he got going everything was calm and held has a conversation with you through walking your through every step he was taking, The whole process he keeps your mind at ease and try not to make your over think about what is going on safe and very gentle !! I had a great experience at this clinic and couldn’t recommend it more. Dr. Tim was extremely gentle and professional, and he talked me through the entire process step by step, explaining exactly what he was doing the whole time. That alone helped put me at ease. The procedure itself was very much painless than I had imagined. The numbing portion was honestly the worst part, and even that really wasn’t bad at all. The process from start to finish was simple and flawless. We showed up for our appt, checked in quickly and were called back for the procedure. Less than an hour for the entire appt. My husband did great and the recovery was quick! Little down time. I highly recommend this office!!
