Called to get an appointment for my daughter was told on the phone I’d get a call back that week. It’s been over 2 weeks now and not a word from anyone. Great way to run a business! I was able to contact another place within the city and get actual information and help right away.
First impressions mean a lot. An let’s be honest no one is comfortable coming to therapy. But this place has a way with people. From the way you’re spoken to from the front desk on that first call or visit. With the upmost respect, and empathetic attitude.
