Went in with my Mum ( 86yr) For relaxing pedicure. What can I say ROUGH ROUGH ROUGH. Omg. No conversation. The male was doing mum. I had to say. SLOW SLOW. and relaxing please. We are not horses . There was NO care factor and NO customer service . Never again. The male walked off and got a young girl to finish the job. Older lady I presume Thai lady just shouting in her language to everyone. ( probably about us ). What a dreadful experience. 25 min max. No chair relax nothing. So I’m sorry gentle nails but never agian
i’ve had my nails done here a few times and the pedicures were lovely but today i went in and they were a little busy which is fine so i got told to wait but then two other walk ins came in and got seated and started on promptly, they then moved me to a spa chair and i sat there for 25 minutes while the people after me got taken care of first so i found that a little disheartening but once my pedicure got started i was shocked they were so rushed cutting my cuticles then cut the side of my toe resulting in it bleeding and cu... read more
Had a pedicure and manicure here! Seriously worst nails I’ve ever gotten anywhere! First she tried to just try doing one cuticle on feet than decided to skip it, when I asked about it, she started complaining about me to the others working there in Vietnamese(this on top of delivering the worst nails EVER!) then came time for my manicure, she managed to be even worse. And every time I asked about the bad job, she would start again speaking to me in Vietnamese. Worst experience ever at one of those nail places! Will not retur... read more
Went to this salon about 10 weeks ago. Both of my big toes started hurting not long after. Assumed it was my work boots or I had ingrown toe nails. Have since found out I have a bacterial infection due to poor hygiene from this place. Be aware!
