Worst experience ever the girls were rude and kept taking way too many clients. There was three of them working, five of us sat there and then a group of four came in and they took them as well. They spoke Chinese to each other the whole time laughing and I sat there for over 30 minutes and she spent less than five minutes on my manicure. She was very rough cut three of my cuticles. One is now infected filed my nails down so short left some nail polish on from previous manicure and then charge me $30. Place was really dirty ... read more
Paid 50$ for a pedi normally about cheaper, she cut my nails and slapped on paint, no file at all not impressed
Worst pedicure ever charged me a extra $5 to remove old polish only to realise that some was still on there, nails werent filed properly and when i called and started explaining they hanged up on me
Paid $70 for removal of acrylic & application of BIAB with shellac. The girls recommended Biab as the acrylics had all lifted from the natural nails and couldn’t be refilled. The BIAB lasted better, about 3 weeks. Go during the week to get the more experienced nail techs
Got a pedicure yesterday. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Looks like a 3 year old has done it. Paint is completely patchy and missing in spots. They were also super quiet so no excuse.The worst thing is I messaged them about it 6 times and they read every message and no reply. Given ALL these reviews not sure how they are still open. Would avoid at all cost.
