Well. That was anything but gentle. Or good. This reminds me to check the reviews BEFORE. Pure torture. Don’t do it to yourself. You deserve better.
I went into this place yesterday, i always go here, love their service, i got a pedicure, manicure, toe nails done and french nails. Im not happy guys, with my pedicure, normally pretty good, but when i got hine, my heels are still dry and dead skin, i expect all dead skin to come off, i paid fir tgis servuce and didnt get all of it.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. It took 1.5 hours to receive a shellac pedicure. When I arrived, the salon wasn’t particularly busy - there were only two other ladies getting pedicures, and they were also complaining about how long they had been waiting. Four people who arrived 10–20 minutes after me were all served and finished before I was. I don’t mind if a salon is busy and a service takes a little longer, but that wasn’t the case here. only my second time getting my nails done and omg they came out so nicely!! walked in and got seated straight away my nail lady was curt and polite, accidentally smudged the polish twice but fixed them up immediately, whole thing took around an hour, and cost me $95 love them so soo much aaa <3
I came to get my nails done with a $50 gift card and i wanted french tips and what i got was not it they told me to walk out with half of my nails white
