The other day I posted an unfavorable review about Gentle Hands’s home care. Bear in mind their services were terminated as of June 26 at their request. The owner did not like my review on Google and took it upon herself to call me today and yell at me on the phone, call me a liar, make false accusations, say I was extremely difficult to work with (No everyone, but the owner that came out was extremely incompetent) She said, I said all the bad things they did, but none of the good things they did. This agency assigned me one horrible Caregiver after another. To the point that my Caseworker wanted to report them to Medicaid at least half a dozen times between January and now. They acted like it was me, not them, It kept telling me to have grace for them. If I had not been giving them oodles of grace, I would have reported them to the state four months ago. Finally, I have been without services for 2 1/2 weeks. It will be three weeks on Saturday. I left the messages over the past week to week and a half every other day ... read more

Special shout out to DeMarco at Gentle Hands Home Care. He has some of the best customer service, and even when away from the office, is very reliable and hands on when I need something important in a timely manner. Thank you and just know that you are appreciated. Ms. E.

I have the best worker and the company is always on point, they call me to check on me, how I'm feeling, I everything ok, is my worker handling me with care and taking care of all my needs, which my worker goes above and beyond her duties. The CEO of the company always give Christmas gifts away at that time of the year. I love this company.
