Their driver crashed into my BMW and drove on as though nothing happened. Two weeks later, their insurance will not take my call and e-mailed me that they are not interested in speaking with me because "my insured has 30 days to comply," whatever that means. I supplied them with dash cam footage and a CHP report naming their driver's unsafe lane change as the cause of the accident. Quality movers that do a great job. Had a small move and for the most part all good. Did not know that there was a 1 hour minimum driving time as well. But they adjusted bill somewhat. Will use again next time, but just request a quote with all driving time included.
Foxwell and Kase were so amazing moving my parents' home from New York to assisted care in California. They were on time, efficient, and so caring! Double checked that furniture was exactly where they wanted, and everything arrived safely! These are the guys to go to! Thank you, Foxwell and Kase! You really helped making this stressful time feel so much better!
Ive used GG for over 10 years now. They are the very best movers. Dont use anyone else. What they say they will charge is what they charge, sometimes less. They are all professionals. Show up on time, are friendly and so nice to work with. Moving is stressful and hard - but not with them. They make everything so much easier! Thank you Michael and Alexis and all of your movers they are the very best!
I am so grateful for the wonderful, communicative, and friendly service that Gentle Giant provided for a cross country move of our family's belongings.
