I had been going here for over a year. Last visit in 2023 the assistant said she wanted to check my whitening progress in Feb. and gave me a time and date to come back. When I returned in Feb. the desk girl was very loud and rude. Said "we have no appointment for you" You are not even a patient here are you sure you don't have us mixed up with Alexandria Smiles. I had been a patient for over 10 years. When the time came for me to get dentures. They do not fit, they will not stay in my mouth. During the fitting, I told the dentist there was too much in my mouth. Her response was " you'll get used to it" Now I have not had teeth for a year. And they will do nothing to correct their mistake. Unless I am paying for it! Also, they have lost my records, they don't return calls, they simply do not care!
